Our minimum order amount for UK and Europe is £100.

Yes — most items are available in assorted sizes, colours, and packs. Please review the item description for a full breakdown of sizes and colours per pack before placing your order.

What should I do if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

Despite our strict quality control, occasional faults can occur. If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Do you offer free delivery on wholesale accessories orders in the UK?

Yes — we offer FREE delivery to UK mainland addresses (excluding highlands and islands) on orders over £300 excluding VAT.

My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?

Please first check your tracking information to see whether a delivery attempt has been made or if your parcel is awaiting collection at a local depot. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the courier on your behalf.

Do you have a showroom in London I can visit?

Yes — our London showroom is open:
Monday to Friday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
Sunday: 9:00am – 4:00pm (walk-in customers welcome)
