Delivery and Return
Delivery and Returns – Northern Ireland & Europe
We provide fast and dependable delivery throughout Northern Ireland and Europe.
Delivery charges are calculated based on destination and parcel size and will be confirmed when your order is placed. For other European destinations, please contact us for a quote.
Delivery Timescale:
Delivery will be within 5 working days of despatch
United Kingdom
If your order is over £300 before V.A.T and your delivery address is within the United Kingdom (excluding highlands) then you qualify for free delivery. If your order is below this amount then the carriage charge is £8.00 + VAT.
Delivery is via DPD on a next working day service. Scottish Highland postcodes are subject to a flat charge of £12.00 + VAT per order
Delivery Timescale:
Mainland UK - Next working day after despatch
Highlands - 2/3 working days from despatch
Other Destinations:
Delivery to other destinations can be arranged and a quote for delivery will be provided on a confirmed order basis.
Returns Policy
You may only return an item that is unwanted under the following criteria:
We must be notified within 48 hours of you receiving the product, and all returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Please do not send returns without prior approval or credit will not be given.
Goods must be returned to us fully packaged, with proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch notes), unused and in a re-saleable condition at your cost, we will then make the refund.
Items which have been ordered at a clearance (sale or special offer) price are non-returnable.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned to us.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
